Welcome to Old London! The icy roads are more dangerous than ever, and the Purebred decided to send out a sign to all those survivor bands who want their favor. Besides, the Purebred are tired of the Rebels' numerous attacks, and now, they want to clean up the problem from the root. So, after they build up a new operating base inside the remains of Big Ben, the Purebred won't hesitate to punish all the Factions who don't kneel to their power!

This Expansion allows you to play with a new Faction: The Purebred, the terrible despots in the D.E.I. world. Players can use the Purebred in every D.E.I. game, except for The Citadel mode found in The Citadel expansion set. Also, this expansion introduces the Campaign mode with linked scenarios.

The rules inside this expansion also introduce three new game modes: The Thames, Vengeance, and Challenge & Alliance to add new variability to all your games!

Game recap: The game is set on a modular board of Districts subdivided into areas called Ground and Roof Regions.
The Scrappers, your Faction's workers who search the city far and wide for pieces of valuable scrap, will try to move on the board using their Feats to collect as many materials as possible.
You are going to find two types of Resources: Technology items and Energy Cells, represented in the game by tokens.
These materials can be used to buy items in various Markets, in order to improve your skills, or they can be kept until the end of the game to convert them into food and medicine Supplies (victory points).
At the end of each turn, you will be asked to satisfy Purebred's requests through public Missions that everyone can undertake if the prerequisites are met.
Powerful Purebred Drones will be assigned to help you. But beware of your opponents, they might steal them and use them against you.
A DEI: Divide et Impera game lasts 4 Turns, each of them structured into 3 Phases. At the end of the 4 Turns, the player with the most Supplies will survive and win the game.
