CUSTOMER DATA
It is essential to provide all your details when ordering. The telephone and mobile numbers are necessary to allow the carrier to contact you for delivery. By providing us with all the requested data, you can avoid delays in delivering the products.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Although the availabilities on the site are updated often, they are to be considered approximate as they may occur concomitant orders and sales outside this website. Some products may be terminated, or we may have less than what is available.
Once the order has been received, we will immediately check the availability of the products and notify you of any changes concerning the order.
PROCESSING ORDERS
Our standard is to prepare and ship an order in about 2 working days after having received it. In some particular periods of the year (Christmas, Black Friday, or other special events), we could prepare and ship an order in about 3-7 working days. The delivery time depends on the courier and on the period of the year. We always try to have your item delivered as indicated, but it could happen that your package had a delay, independent of us. If so, please contact us and we will immediately contact the courier service to understand what happened.
PAYMENTS WITH CREDIT CARDS
For security reasons, Dominio does not hold any data on your Credit Card. The data is registered on the Stripe.com servers, to which we rely on payments with CC, Stripe is the largest global payment platform and complies with all laws regarding privacy and security issued by the European Union. PRICES
The sale price of a product may be wrong due to software errors or failure to update the site, your order is considered confirmed only if you receive the shipping notification from us, until then we will be able to notify you of any changes, and you can decide whether to withdraw, or not, from the order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, you have the right to return it for any reason.
All products must be returned in perfect condition, subject to the necessary acts to verify the contents of your order.
You must report your intention to cancel the purchase within 14 days, then you have 14 days to return the product, and we have 14 days to refund or send you other products.
We will refund the full sum you paid (including shipping), but the shipping costs to return the product(s) to us are on your side.
Software and/or audiovisual products that are not yet sealed are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional users, those who purchase with VAT
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges. The goods are shipped from Italy; we advise you to group your items in one order. Usually, we can’t group two separate orders made separately. Therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but maximum care is always taken in the packaging. The boxes are adequately sized with reinforced cardboard, and your items are well wrapped in packaging material. If you receive a non-compliant, open, or visibly damaged package, you will have to accept it requesting the courier to add a specific control reserve. In the absence of a signed signature, no assistance can be offered for damage.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We mark international packages as containing “Board Games” and state the actual cost of the games on the customs documentation. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Purchasing and Shipping Policies are different if they include Pre-order products

The pre-orders on the site will be paid, including shipping costs at the end of the purchase procedures. - Shipment
The goods will be sent when the products will be available in our warehouse, the date indicated in the item sheet is indicative and represents the estimate shown to us by the factories that will produce the item and is dependent on the delivery times of the latter to our warehouse. - Mixed Orders
If your order includes available goods and goods in pre-order, the entire order will be shipped when ALL the goods are available in our warehouse.
